Meet Al Pino
Church-Planter, Pastor, Mentor.
Al Pino knows the struggles of church planting and pastoring firsthand. The son of Cuban Immigrants, Al was born and raised in Miami, Florida, where he planted and pastored Palm Vista Community Church for nearly 30 years. Al founded The Barnabas Group with a vision to see pastors thrive in ministry without burning out.

The Barnabas Group accomplishes this through three primary areas of focus.
Personal Mentoring
We provide one-one and group coaching for pastors. This includes both virtual and in-person sessions on the ground in a variety of international contexts.
Training
Over the years, we have developed a network of united and eager next-generation church leaders who gather for practical teaching and training in pastoral leadership development.
Conferences
Pastors need friends in the body of Christ. We curate and host intentional networking spaces for personal encouragement and the forging of essential kingdom partnerships
